Sealed tenders are invited for the providing equipment’s for Supply and Installation of VRV Air-
conditioning unit/s at Faculty Offices (Area - 80 sqft. (approx.) Per office) with all accessories, as
per the specifications and the details provided. Sealed offer can be send to the following address
by Speed-post/Registered Post/By-hand (but not by Courier) before 05.00 PM on 23.02.18

Bid Process:

Technical & commercial details of the offer shall be enclosed in two separate envelopes, duly
marked as “Technical bid for Supply and Installation of VRV AC” and “Commercial Bid for Supply
and Installation of VRV AC”. Both Envelopes shall be enclosed in a single envelope bearing the
heading “Bid for Supply and Installation of VRV AC”.

Bids are liable to be rejected if any or both of the technical or commercial offers are found in
open condition or required information is not found with the offer.

7. The LNMIIT reserves the right to reject any quotation(s) in full or part, without assigning
any reasons.
8. Payment terms shall be clearly specified with the bid document. However, the same
may be further negotiated.

All charges applicable shall be clearly mentioned with the offer. If nothing is mentioned in the
offer, the quoted price shall be treated as final and nothing extra shall be paid extra.
