San Francisco Del Monte, Barangay Bungad, Quezon City, Philippines, do
hereby name, constitute, appoint, and authorize FERNANDO S. AQUINO

alternative modes of dispute resolution;

 The simplification of the issues;

 The necessity or desirability of amendments to the

pleadings, judicial affidavits, verifications and certifications
against non-forum shopping, and to sign the same in our

 The possibility of obtaining stipulations or admission of

facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof;

 The engagement and limitation of number of witnesses;

 The advisability or necessity of suspending the proceeding,
