TEACHING ACTIVITIES - Teacher shows a picture of Mount Kinabalu.
& HAND TOOLS - Teacher ask pupils to guess the picture.
- Teacher introduces the topic.
- Each group are given with the picture of face of the earth.
 Pupils draw the landforms.

1. Guru menyediakan 4 jenis bahan makanan seperti kopi, garam, jus limau dan gula. 4 orang murid dipilih
secara rawak untuk merasa bahan tersebut dengan menutup mata.

2. Murid memberikan contoh makanan lain yang mempunyai rasa pahit, manis dan masam.

4. Murid dibahagi kepada 6 kumpulan. Setiap kumpulan diberi nama abjad.

5. Murid akan melakukan penyiasatan menguji bahan menggunakan kertas litmus melalui kaedah stesen.

6. Setiap setesen telah dibekalkan dengan bahan yang hendak diuji beserta kertas litmus.

7. Guru memberi masa kepada setiap kumpulan untuk menguji bahan dengan kertas litmus di stesen masing-
masing. Murid mencatat hasil keputusan di dalam jadual yang disediakan.

8. Selepas siap, kumpulan akan bergerak ke stesen berikutnya. Langkah diulang sehingga semua kumpulan
telah bergerak ke semua stesen yang tersedia.

9. Murid dan guru berbincang dan membentangkan hasil dapatan daripada penyiasatan yang dilakukan.

10. Guru menerangkan konsep yang dipelajari pada hari ini.

11. Berdasarkan pemerhatian melalui penyiasatan tadi, murid membuat pengelasan bahan berdasarkan sifat
kimia bahan berkenaan.

LEARNING OUTLINES:
 Students talk about the school.
Pre Lesson  Students state some information about the school (school name, address,
etc)
 Students discuss in their group on how to keep the school clean.
Activity 1  Representatives from each group write their group suggestions on the
white board.
 Teacher sets stations and put a flashcard at each station.
 Students visit each station and complete the table in the bunting template.
Activity 2
 Students colour and decorate their buntings.
 Teacher hangs the buntings at the back of the class.
 Teacher provides each group with a small plastic bag.
Activity 3  In ten minutes, students walk around the classroom/school/block and
collect the rubbish. The group that fills their bag the fastest wins.
