I, CHARITY LILY DIONES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with office
address at Sun Valley Park, Sampaguita St., Sun Valley Subdivision, Parañaque City, after
being duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. I am the duly elected and qualified Corporate Secretary of NEW SUN

VALLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., an association of homeowners
duly organized, created and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
(the “Corporation”), with business address at Sun Valley Park, Sampaguita St., Sun
Valley Subdivision, Parañaque City.

2. At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on 29

April 2019, at which a quorum was present throughout, the following resolution was
unanimously approved:

“RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board

authorizes the Corporation to continue in prosecuting the criminal case
against Mr. Mario Celestino Santos for Falsification under Article 172 of
the Revised Penal Code entitled People of the Philippines v. Mario
Celestino Santos, docketed as Case No. 18-2688 and pending before the
Metropolitan Trial Court of Parañaque City, Branch 88.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Mr. Benjamin Altarejos is hereby

authorized to cause the preparation of, execute, and sign all pleadings,
verifications, certification or any other document for the filing and
prosecution of the said case in the Corporation’s behalf; to appear during
the hearings; to prosecute this case; and to perform such other acts as
may be necessary to implement the foregoing authority under such terms
and conditions as he may deem beneficial for the interest of the
Association.”

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the foregoing resolutions shall be valid,

subsisting and remain in full force and effect unless otherwise revoked or
amended through a proper resolution laid down in writing by the Board.”
