REPAIR & MAINTENANCE I Hand– oparated Power Wedge I

Maintenance recommendations: After use (every time)


• Wear full protective gear during maintenance.
• Always act according to the safety instructions as supplied with each tool!
Necessary equipment: Teflon lubrication oil, soft cloth

Step 2
• Check if the control slide:
-Operates smoothly.
Step 1 -When in 0-position the wedge doesn’t crawl.
• Check that the wedge blades are not completely -The wedge movement is according the control symbols.

• Check general condition of the tool
(clean/dry of the tool with a soft cloth).
• Lightly oil steel parts with preservative oil WD-40
before storing.

• Check carrying handle for damage and that it’s firmly
fastened to the tool.
