the petitioner Edna Luisa B. Simon through counsel on May 9, 2019,

praying for the reconsideration of Our March 28, 2019 Decision together
with the Comment/Opposition filed by the private respondents on
June 7, 2019 through mail. .

After carefully considering the grounds raised in the subject

motion, We find that the said reasons and the arguments in support
thereof have been amply treated, discussed and passed upon in the
subject decision. The additional arguments proffered therein constitute
no cogent or compelling reason to modify, much less reverse, it.

WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
