EXECUTIVE SUMMAR:

In order understand my
knowledge and effective communication skills, I have
performed 6 weeks of my internship at JS bank of
Pakistan G 15 Branch Islamabad. The purpose of the
internship was to understand the banking and how
they operate and the issues related to finance which
I have studied in my books. I have given a very deep
analysis of what I have seen and felt during my
internship in cash clearing account’ loan department
and customer service. I have mention all of my
dynamic and reactive education in my internship
report, according to my inspection during my
internship JS maintain a brilliant location in banking
sector in Pakistan and this is based on the generally
presentation of JS bank of Pakistan. The main
objective of this internship is to understand the
banking side and the products\services of bank.
According to my information there are much
possible perfections, which we can make positive
change in the system of JS in future. almost I have
learned all those things that is all about the
operation behavior banking terminologies and I have
made it possible to write each and every thing which
I have learn over there. All the information in this
report is based on my inspection, observation and
useful connection in unlike tasks through my
internship at JS bank.

First of all, I would like to say thanks to JS bank who
gave me an opportunity to show my abilities, and
capabilities in JS bank during my internship. I have
observed that there is huge difference between
practical, and theoretical concept. but there are still
many things that I can relate which are following
How to communicate with costumer.
Debit and credit of money in account.
Time value of money.
Insurance policy and how it works.
Had apply Marketing strategy which I have
learned in my course.
Loan policy which I learn in accounting.
Before my internship I won’t be able to tell
something about banking sector but know I have
enough knowledge about baking that I could guide
someone properly.
Recommendations;
The branch should be in front side of
markaz rather than inside the
markaz that will help get costumer
Resolve the customer issues as soon
as possible
Justice must be done in each and
every case either related to
customer or organization employee
There should be a check-in-balance
in the system
Security camera and the latest
technology should be introduced
