 PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Target group

The main target of this project proposal is the Youth who are most likely out of school.

We aim to give them information that can help them keep up on what the school (teachers) is

teaching. But can also help them in their everyday lives, like having a small business.

III. Objectives

1. To make them understand that studying is important.

2. To develop their different skills in different subjects.

3. To enhance their abilities in different crafts.

A. Outreach programs for the out of school youth.

 B. Teach them some craft that they can use for business.

C. Teach them basic sanitation.

V. Capacity Building

Giving a free learning education for the out of school youth and developing and

strengthening their skills and abilities

VI. Budget

This project needs a budget that can help attain its main goal. To be able to do this we

came up with this specific budget to be able to fulfill our main goal. And these materials we are

going to need to accomplish our project.

VII. Risk Analysis

Lack of interest of the parents to attend the seminar probably may affect also the youths

may respond differently, some may become stubborn enough for them not to be teached. To

manage these situations, the group came up with a strategy for the out of school youths to be

interested in this project.

VIII. Sustainability

The fact that the parents already know how to educate their children it’s sustainable

enough, that it will serve as guides and motivate the youths into becoming better individuals. As

long as the youths enjoy learning they will soon realize that having good education and finishing

it will lead them to better career in the future.
