Brief Profile
Infrastructures are the foundation of a strong economy. With a dream to be a pioneer
in world class construction and development, ‘SIMAR PROJECTS’, came into existence
nearly ten years back. Based on the professional deliverance and commitment levels of its
employees and with the focused management vision, the group today has successfully
executed projects for renowned public as well as private sector companies nationwide.
These were in diversified sectors like Refineries (Reformers and Crackers), Oil & Gas, Power,
Cement, Fertilizer & Petrochemical, Fabrication work along with Electrical &
Instrumentation work.
• SIMAR PROJECTS was incorporated on April 1998. The Company was established with
an objective to engage in the business of fabrication, erection, commissioning and
operation & maintenance related works required for power plants, petrochemicals,
refineries, fertilizers.
• SIMAR PROJECTSis a proprietorship based company with proprietor being Mr.

Jaswinder Singh who himself is a well renowned and respected personality in the
abovementioned sectors.
Then a new company as SIMARINFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED was floated and was

incorporated on 11th November 2009 with CMD as Mr. Jaswinder Singh.
• SIMAR INFRASTRUCTURES LTD&SIMAR PROJECTS shares the experience,

infrastructure & set up of each other to the make that the project must be a successful
show.
• Our performance includes several repeated orders from the same client and contracts
from various clients in different sectors. SIMAR INFRASTRUCTURES LTD has been
awarded very big orders only on the credibility of SIMAR PROJECTS.
