1.Teacher write the words for the shapes in jumbled letter order on the board. Pupils unjumble

1.Teacher elicits favourite shapes from the class.
2. Ask pupils what they can see in the four pictures. Encourage them
to use their imagination, e.g. a fi sh, a bird, a kite, a boat.
3. Teacher distributes worksheets. Each pupils prepares a set of Unit
2 cut-outs. They colour and cut the tangram up and try to make the
four pictures in turn..
1. Teacher distributes an envelope contains cute tangrams to
each group.
2. Pupils design in group.
3. Gallery walk, each group displays their work.

picture from their head.
5. Teacher asks pupils to draw their own pictures of what they
imagined. Go around the class and encourage them.
6.Talk to them about their ideas and help if necessary..

2.Remind them to use adjectives and other words to make
their talk more interesting.
3.Put pupils into groups of four for the descriptions.
4.Volunteer describe their pictures to the class.
