Dear Mr. Seno,

Good day!

This in reference to the Information Report received from Mr. Mark Niño Lacsa, Security
Operations Compliance Officer (SOR Area) in due to the following facts regarding the Non
Compliance of Company Policy that occurred at SMR Bulan , wherein details are listed below;

 Last September 7, 2019 a report involving a cashier supervisor has occurred in SMR Bulan.
According to the forwarded report the said cashier supervisor takes an amount of Php 500.00
from a cashier POS and put it in her pocket.
 As per company policy, Cashier supervisors should not have pockets in their shirts but your
assigned Gate Controller Ms. Jona Buenavista allowed it that may additionally caused for the
possibility of case occurred.
 Your assigned GCT Ms. Buenavista did not follow the standard operating procedure and
adhere to the company’s policy by checking the clothings of the personnel passing through her
area.

Now, therefore, for and in consideration to the signed Service Agreement , please submit your
response in writing within 5 days on why you or your office should not be held liable on the
following stipulations on the service agreement that you entered into by and between SHOPMORE
COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, to wit;

III - SERVICE INDICATORS

A.) OPERATIONAL

Safety and Security

The Service Provider shall at all times follow the standard operating
procedures (SOP) in maintaining the life, liberty and property the Client, its internal
and external customers, guests or visitors, employees, officers/directors, owners
and other persons who may be at the premises of the Client.

Implementation of security SOP

The Service Provider shall at all times implement the Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) of every business unit in all cases related to safety and security,
OSH, implementation of company policies, customer service, accident and
incident reporting and other concerns that may be covered by security services.

Adherence to company rules and regulations

The Service Provider shall at all times adhere to the rules and regulations
being implemented by the Client such as but not limited to, wearing of ID, uniforms,
patches and other paraphernalia including other specific current and future policies
relative to the nature of the business of the Client.

In view here of, i am endorsing this allegations to you or your office for proper disposition.
