Sr. Business Analyst

BBVA Compass Bank is one of the leading Banks in Central America. The project was regarding upgrade of their
existing Web application designed to enable account holders to access and pay bills online using their personal
checking, savings or money market accounts. The users would also have the functionality to transfer money from
one account to the other, enroll for Bill Payment. It also gives transaction summary for a certain time period.

Responsibilities:

 Gathered requirements and conducted interviews with business users and Project Manager to understand
the needs of the application.

services to commercial and business customers. Bank provides investment management, retail and commercial
