Reflection

When every day I eat healthy food. I feel like I have more energy that what
I regularly eat. I realized that I must eat these kinds of food even if I don’t want
to. It prevents us from disease that are not good on our health. So as possible, we
must eat foods especially vegetable instead of meats. It might be better to start
today so in the future; your body will not be prone to any kind of disease because
you already built resistance for it.

Reflection

Before I decided to make this my goal. I’ve seen a video about the plastics that
are dumped in the world. That video thought me that I must properly dispose my
trash. I’ve seen pictures of animals that are trapped because of the garbage in the
sea. The turtle and the birds got hurt because of it. As a student, I realize that one
thing the best I can do is to properly dispose my garbage. Even if it’s a small amount
of trash. It would help the earth. What if you continuously don’t dispose your
garbage properly. How many plastics and other waste have you already dispose
improperly? Think of that. So as possible we must save earth by properly disposing
our garbage.

Summative Essay
After performing your school goals and friendship goals in a month create an essay about your
personal development in terms of your academic life and relationship to your friends. You may ask
the following questions to yourself to summarize your realization and significant insights for this
month.
 What are the improvements of my academic life and relationship to my friends before and
now?
 What are the challenges and difficulties that I faced in doing my goals?
 What did I discover and learn from myself by doing those goals?
 What are the most memorable experiences or moments this month while doing my goals?
 What does it mean to me to go to school and to have friends before and after achieving my
goals?

Reminders:

 You will have 2 goals for this month. 1 goal for school that is good for two weeks (Week 1 and 2)
and 1 friendship goal that is also good for two weeks (Week 3 and 4).
 Last thing, your ILS can be passed printed or hand written on a yellow pad or a bond paper
