Accused, through the undersigned counsel, unto this

Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. That accused is currently detained at the Bureau of Jail

Management and Penology (Province of Negros Oriental and
been behind bars since his arrest;

2. The recommended bail of the prosecutor is 200,000.00

3. Accused is willing to put the said amount through his

bondsman for his temporary liberty;

4. That bail is a matter of right before the RTC when the

penalty of the offense is not Reclusion Perpetua and the
evidence of guilt is not strong;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that accused STEVEN CHRISTIAN
ROSALES be allowed to post bail for his temporary liberty
pending trial of the criminal charge against him.
