Scope of Work Document for Portal Development of Skilful Resources:
In this portal, there will be 3 main users:
1. Admin 2. Employers 3. Employees/Prospects
1. Web Portal for Employers
a. Employers will have to register their company on the platform and would have to pay for the quarterly/annual subscription b. Once the company is registered and credentials are authenticated, employers can post the job for the vacancy they have c. To post the job, their will be a panel given in the backoffice where they can add the job title, description and also add different filters which would be easy for the right candidate to search the job. d. Once the job is posted and approved by the admin, it will be displayed on the web portal e. Employers will be able to see list/cv of all the candidates who have applied for that job i. In case employer wants to see can have a look at the bank of all CV received ii. In other cases, admin will filter the candidates from all the CV received on basis of the filters, qualification etc. ; prepare them offline for the next round and sent them for interview iii. In case employer wants to set an aptitude test or any other kind of test to check for the candidate knowledge, they can create a question bank and can ask the employee to take the test before the interview. Result and inputs from the admin will be displayed in the system during the interview. f. Once the right candidate is selected, employer can close the Job opening
2. Web Portal for Employees
a. Employees can login onto the portal and can see the list of all the current job openings b. Employees can filter out the job on the basis of Filters (Qualification required, years of experience required, profile, etc.) c. Employee can then apply for the job by filling up the requested details and uploading their resume/CV d. Once the job is applied, and candidate is shortlisted for next round; candidate will be notified for the same. e. If required by the employer, candidate can give the test on the portal and his score will be shared with the employer and admin f. In case candidate wants to go a one-one discussion with any panel members, we can integrate Zoom meetings api where they can schedule a meeting and have a discussion g. Candidate can view/read different blogs/informative material created and shared on portal by members 3. Web Portal for Admin a. Admin can view all the data entered into the system b. Admin can view the list of all the CV and candidate details applied for a particular position. i. On seeing the list, admin can shortlist the candidates on the basis of filters and go through of the CV ii. Admin will process the shortlisted CV for next round where they can either do a one-one counselling using zoom meeting or in offline mode. Whatever the feedback of admin/bo user will be; it will be updated in their profile for the employer to view it. c. The shortlisted candidates will be screened for next round and their cv will be sent to the employer by the admin d. Admin will have all the access to open/close a job and also can manage the master data like filters, locations etc. e. Admin can see and manage all the payments done by the employers and also the revenue generated from advertisements. f. RFP/Tenders will be added into the system from the backend by the admin; interested parties data will be gathered by the admin and can be shared with the company or they can qualify/shortlist the companies and share the data with the concerned.
