MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at Proclaim the Power of God Church, Caedo
Commercial Centre, Calicanto Batangas City.

Meeting Agenda:
1. To conduct an annual report of achievement of the company --- financial status,
planning and goal setting for the year 2019.

Reports:
 Mr. Basillote showed the achievement and the assets of the company for the whole year. It is
reported that as of now we have 14 active branches. All vehicles acquired by the company was
already fully paid.
 The treasurer reported a total amount of income of Php 12,785,116.00 with the expenses of
Php12,714,331.00 so the net income left for the year is Php 71, 082.89.
 The total amount of cash in bank under the savings account is Pho 151,999.37

Open Issues:

 All managers need a place as a meeting place for their members once a week for payment
purposes.
 Ptra. Gina Catacutan was elected as a corporate secretary of the Funeraria.
 Starting December 2017 there is an increase on the Honorarium for the President, Vice
President, and all BODs. The new honorarium shown as follows:
o President: Php 25,000
o Vice President: Php 20,000
o Ptr. Bimboy Catacutan Php 5,000
o Other BODs : Php 3,000.00

Plans:

 We need an extra man power in the office, and all branches. A duplication of branches.
All managers need to be taught about planning skills and strategies how to become
successful in this kind of business. All plan of all managers must be with the approval of
the BODs most especially when finances are involved.
 Target goal of 10,000 new members for the whole year.
 Plan to have a corporate center for the company.
 Plan to have a HMO partnership for the members of FBAS.
 Every manager and agent is required to have an ATM.
 Hire a Certified Public Accountant for the company.
 Upgrade the system most especially in marketing system. All records must be
computerized but has to be backed up in a hard drive.
 Plan to open a separate account for the funeraria.
 Plan to have a national enhancement 2018 for the leaders and all managers of FBAS
association.
