You can also book certain rooms as single rooms on

RESERVATION:
Reservations and cancellations are only valid with writ-
ten confirmation from you and the counter confirmati-
on from us. Please understand that room categories can
be booked, but not specific room numbers or floors.
The invoice must be paid on departure. You can pay in
cash, by EC, or credit card.
DOGS AND PETS:
25 € per night (without food) and cleaning charge of
40 € if necessary, including Andreus dog blanket as a
welcome gift. Only certain rooms and suites are availab-
le for dogs – we therefore require prior booking. Please
understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant
or wellness areas.
CANCELLATION AND COSTS:
• 8 weeks before booked period: no fee
• 8 to 4 weeks before booked period: 200 € per room or
500 € per large suite
• 4 weeks to 4 days before booked period: 70% of the
room price
• Up to 3 nights before booked period and in the case of
early departure: 100% of the room price

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation
insurance. This can be booked directly with us for a fee
of 7% of the booking price. Travel cancellation insuran-
ce can only be taken out at the time of booking or up
to 5 days afterwards. Travel cancellation insurance
applies in the case of illness or death of the insured
parties and their relatives.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Your suite is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of
departure.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
Depending on availability, the room can be booked until
6:00 p.m. for a fee of 50% of the room price (without
dinner).
UPON AGREEMENT, YOU CAN INVITE GUESTS TO VISIT

We charge 30 € for the breakfast buffet, 65 € for dinner,
57 € for sauna and swimming, incl. towels and bathrobe
(Day SPA).

surcharge without wine accompaniment (Friday-Sunday).
