ABSTRACT

This document is written as a result of the steps carried out whole semester by Mr.
Tarique Azam. This document covers all the initial approaches, design steps, analysis and
milestone of the system and establishes basis for the implementation of the total project in the
future.

The first part of final design report is project management. In this part, complete and
detailed information about approach, methodology, technical requirements, estimation,
schedule and major constraints exist. Project management step is the first major part of our
project design.

Next part, diagram part covers revised version of the pervious data flow and control
flow diagram, use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and state chart diagram
that are designed with UML.

The following part can be counted as Architectural design part in which important
point of architectural design exist. In this part, we gave all modules together and showed
interactions of each other. Also we explained all classes and the properties in the part.

The document aims to give a clear and detailed explanation about all design steps of
“Civil Registry System”.

We are heartily thankful to our “Prof. Krunali Petkar” and coordinator “Prof.

Mukesh Sharma”, whose encouragement, supervision, guidance and support from the

preliminary to the conclusion level enabled us to understand and develop our project. We are

project making it more efficient and effective for the end-users to use.
