HON. ROBERTO M. ARCENAL, SR.

Barangay Alasasin, Mariveles, Bataan
Barangay Captain

Sir,

A very pleasant day to you, Sir.

Mariveles National High School Cabcaben Annex (Alasasin) prepares for the transfer of
Grade 9 and Grade 10 students to the recently constructed buildings in the new site of school
near Alasasin Check Point. Not only are some of the rooms ready for occupancy, but another
contributing reason to this decision is because of the renovation of Alasasin Elementary
School to its rooms which cause the high school to give back some of its borrowed rooms to
the elementary.

For this reason, we, the General Parent-Teacher Association of MNHS-Alasasin hopes for
your good office to please do consider financing the construction of signboards for the name
of the school by the side of the highway and also for the flag pole that will be placed at the
center of the school ground. These projects will surely help the students, the parents, teachers,
and the community itself to maximize the conduciveness of teaching and learning.

We hope that through this letter we have expressed that the intention behind this letter is for
the betterment of the entire community. The cost of the said project is not estimated yet,
however, we will surely negotiate the details of this solicitation as soon as it is ready.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude for your unfailing support to our school. Thank
you and God bless!

Respectfully yours,

MR. RAUL VENTURINA
