Introduction

There are many different rules in California that the people have to follow. These rules

are called penal codes. In total there are too many to count. Each state has penal codes

sometimes there the same and sometimes there are different. California’s penal codes are quite

interesting. Penal codes (PC §§ 403,602.5), (PC § 245.6) (B&PC §§ 23004, 25658(b), 25658.5)

and (PC § 594(b) are the most interesting.

Body

Penal code 403,602.5 involves parties noise and the police. The code states crashing a

party is against the law. If a person is no longer wanted at the party if trespassing the police can

be contacted to remove such person. The police will investigate the situation and act accordingly.

Some end in arrest others don’t. The next penal code is much more surprising.

Penal code 245.6 is a code that involves college students. It is against the law for any

initiation or pre-initiation into a student organization to haze new comers. Hazing is putting a

person through a set of trails or experiences that may be trentous. The police will be involved

and the initiation or pre-initiation may be shut down or punished accordly. The last penal code is

very eye opening and respectful.

PENAL CODES 3

Penal code 594(b) is about is more for the youth part of society. Spray painting on

someone's property without permission is against the law. You can be fined or serve jail time

based on the crime. The police will mostly be involved because this is a crime that is taken very

serious. The crime is committed very often. The next penal code is set into place to insure the

safety of youth and adults because it can be very dangerous to break this law.

Penal code B&PC §§ 23004, 25658(b), 25658.5 is for the restless part youthism. These

codes involve legally being able to purchase alcoholic beverages. If you are under the age of

twenty one alcohol can not be purchased. To drink anywhere in america the underest age legal is

twenty one otherwise if caught drinking or selling to under aged youth the police will get

involved. Jail time is usually the consequence. Penal codes are rules set in place to protect the

people. It also keeps the order.

Conclusion

In conclusion penal codes very important for society. The codes keep order all over the

country. The rest of the world should follow the same codes. But sadly the codes only exist in

America. Without penal codes there would be chaos everywhere. People need order rules and

food with those things there is a great country. Penal codes are necessary for survival in this

cruel world.
