PREFACE
This edition of this standard was prepared by the Association's Committee on Fasten-
ers to supersede AS 1110-1980.
Most of the changes incorporated in this edition are of an editorial nature. Other
changes include the following:
Inclusion in Table 10 of wedge-angle for property class 12.9.
Rewording of Clause 7.1 and Appendix G.
Correction of typographical errors in Tables.
This standard is based on and is in alignment with the following ISO standards, with
