AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, ATTY. VOLTAIRE DELA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, married with office
address at Local Government Unit, City of Malabon, after having been subscribed to an
oath, depose and say:

1. That I am the incumbent CITY ADMINISTRATOR OF THE LOCAL

GOVERNMENT UNIT- CITY OF MALABON.

2. That a Resolution No. 10511 was promulgated by the Commission on

Elections dated March 20, 2019 regarding the Rules and Regulations Governing
Ban on Public Works and Release, Disbursement and Expenditures of Public
Funds, Construction of Public Works, Delivery of Materials for Public Works
and Issuance of Treasury Warrants and similar Devices in connection with the
May 13, 2019, Automated Synchronized National and Local Elections.

3. That in compliance with the provision stated under Section 7 pursuant to

the abovementioned Resolution No. 10511, I , ATTY. VOLTAIRE DELA CRUZ
assure and undertake or commit not to allow, hire or employ more than or
additional number of employees/ laborers to work during March 29, 2019 to May
12, 2019 involving the maintenance of existing and/or completed public works
project within our locality.

4. That I further undertake that in the maintenance of existing and/or

completed public works project, not more than the average number of laborers or
employees already employed therein during the six-month period immediately
prior to March 29, 2019, shall be permitted to work during such time and no
additional laborers shall be employed for maintenance work starting March 29,
2019 until May 12, 2019.

5. That in connection with the above stated paragraphs, the copy of

documents pertaining to the Certificate of Completion and the Letter of
Acceptance of the public works project were no longer available in our Records
Section because the said projects were already completed more than ten(10) years
ago;
