in you?" 1 Corinthians 3:16. i believe you and i are a Spirit of God, also known as man and woman, and
our bodies are temples of God, and we are not Legal Fictions. i believe we are created by the Creator of
Nature and Nature's Laws, Almighty God, the God of the Living and that God is Love, and therefore, we
are created in and by Love.

Enclosed is a Certificate of Live Birth that i was led to believe was only a record of me being born.
Through research, i have come to find out that it may be something entirely different. i wish and require
you to answer my questions in order to determine what is the truth of this Certificate of Live Birth in
order that i may accurately determine my responsibility in regards to it if any.

1. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence some kind of contract, yes or no?

2. If yes, produce this contract and send it to me as i have no knowledge of any such contract and
neither does my mother or father. And further; i have never signed any such contract and neither
has my mother or father.

3. If yes, who are the parties to this contract?

4. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence a Trust, yes or no?

5. If yes who is the Grantor, Trustee and Beneficiary of this Trust?

6. If yes, what is the res of this Trust?

7. If yes, produce the original Trust document and send it to me.

9. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence the event of a living baby being born, yes or no?

10. If yes, produce the original record from which this Certificate of Live Birth was created from and
send it to me.

11. Is this Certificate of Live Birth produced from a foundling report made by an employee of St. Joseph
Hospital, yes or no?

12. If yes, produce this foundling report and send it to me.

13. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence a State Agency, yes or no?
14. If yes, produce all supporting documents and send them to me.

15. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence a ward of the State, yes or no?

16. If yes, what is the State and who is the guardian?

17. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence an organization that is organized, yes or no?

18. If yes, produce all supporting documents and send them to me.

19. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence a Registered Organization, yes or no?

20. If yes, produce all originating and supporting documents and send them to me.

21. If yes, who or what is this organization registered with?

22. Does the Certificate of Live Birth evidence a LEGAL NAME, yes or no?

23. If yes, is there a copyright on this LEGAL NAME?

24. If yes, who is the owner of this copyright?

25. If yes, is it legal for someone to use the LEGAL NAME, without permission from the owner?

26. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a corporation, yes or no?

27. If yes, what type of corporation is it?

28. If yes, produce the Articles of Incorporation and/or the certificate of formation for this corporation
and send it to me.

29. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a U.S. citizen, yes or no?

30. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence an estate, yes or no?

31. If yes, who is the owner of this estate?

32. If yes, what is in this estate?

33. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a decedent?

34. If yes, who or what is the decedent?

35. Is the Certificate of Live Birth a title to property, yes or no?

36. If yes, what is the property?

37. If yes, who owns the property?

38. Is there an insurance police associated with this Certificate of Live Birth?

39. If yes, what is the name of the underwriter of this policy and who is the beneficiary?

40. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a bonded debt?

41. If yes, to who or what is this debt owed?

42. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a Series E Paper Savings Bond from the Bureau of the
Fiscal Service under the United States Department of the Treasury, yes or no?

43. If yes, how much money is in this bond?

44. If yes, does this money represent debt?

45. If yes, who is the owner of this bond?

46. Does this Certificate of Live Birth evidence a surety for the debt of the UNITED STATES?

47. If yes, who is the creditor of the UNITED STATES?

Until these questions are answered i wish and require this Certificate of Live Birth and all contracts or
anything else that is derived from it be null and void, all debt associated with it is forgiven and all
property associated with it revert to me. i wish and require you correct all errors in your record.

On the condition you will not or cannot void these contracts and or answer these questions, i require
the name and address of your boss and evidence of your Article VI Oath of Fidelity as well as the policy
number, name and address of the underwriter of your Bond .
