Higher Goals KOMAF2017 was held with exhibitors from 25
countries, 580 companies. Total number of booths
installed was 2,336. Total exhibits were 4,726 items.

KOMAF2017 attracted 57,504 visitors, yielding

meetings worth USD 2,349 Million and contracts worth

Accomplishments New Agenda for KOMAF 2019

and
Higher Goals KOMAF2019 will be held from 10.22(Tue) to 10.25(Fri)
in KINTEX the 1st Exhibition Center. It will be held in a
larger scale with exhibitors from 30 countries and 700
companies. Total number of booths to be installed is
2,500.

KOMAF2019, along with MachineSoft2019, is expected

to attract 70,000 visitors and accomplish meetings and
contracts worth USD 2,500 Million.

KOAMI, for the first time in Korea, established and

The Answer is initiated an online platform called “Online to Offline
: Buyer Fair(O2O Fair)*”, for 1:1 Business Matching on site.

O2O Fair (www.komaf.org) links online exhibition to

offline exhibition. It will conduct research on buyers’
demand, analyze the collected data and match buyers
to exhibitors of their interests in advance.

* ‌The website will feature KOMAF2019 exhibitors and their major

products. Buyers can search exhibitors by category and browse
the pictures and brief introduction on the products to figure out
which exhibitors to visit.

* ‌Buyers may subscribe to useful information such as special offers or

discounts and events. They can schedule meetings with exhibitors
before the exhibition. During the exhibition, exhibitors and buyers
can track each other with Buyer Tracking System by IoT.

* ‌Whenever buyers engage in demand research, attend exhibitions

& conventions, have business meetings or sign contracts, they
earn ‘coins’ in reward by scanning QR codes. Accumulated coins
can be used like a real currency on site.

4 diagrams below are Visitor Statistics from KOMAF 2017. As the first diagram demonstrates,
