2. Read your notes, decide if you agree or disagree with his position, and record a
video expressing your opinion.

I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.
My script

In the example they speak that the motivation to go to work every day of that person is that they pay
well, and it is clear that we all need money to study, to eat, to travel, to have fun, etc. And in the video
they say that many times the people between the more money they pay them, the level of work and
stress is greater and for that reason, to go to work becomes a martyrdom instead of productive, and
when they give them the opportunity to propose Ideas and are free to decide how to do their work, are
more productive and remain motivated. He also said that say a million in X country does not mean the
same amount of money in another, then a very high salary for some from another country is not so
much and everything depends on the economy of that country. Then it no longer works to give people
x amount of money by number of customers or new contacts since people now seek more freedom
and decision-making power; That is to say that they feel that they control their time and distribute
their activities as they want in this way they give more ideas and generate new things easily.

So in conclusion, if we need the money but we are not going to sacrifice our life in a job that does
not, it allows us to give our opinion and participate actively, and that we may have some time in that
place but we will not be satisfied and we will remain bored and eager To change jobs, in this case for
me although the pay is good if the quality and level of stress exceeds tolerable limits, I would not
continue working for very good salary.
