repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include his/her heirs, successors, legal
representatives and executors) in favor of the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation
Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the company” which expression shall unless
repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include its successors, and permitted
Assigns).
WHEREAS:
01 The Student Trainee desires to undergo a Project/Vocational Training for his/her
final year Engineering Course in the ______________________ GSECL, Power
Station of the company for a period of __________________ months
from__________________ to ______________ on the terms & conditions as
may be made applicable by the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited,
and has requested the permission from the Company to do so.
02 THE Company has considered the request of the Student Trainee to permit him
/ her to undertake the Project/work vocation Training at Gujarat State Electricity
Corporation Ltd., Thermal Power Station Gandhinagar, provided the Student
Trainee indemnified the Company against all losses, claims consequences
liabilities etc. whatsoever that may arise to the Company at any time on account
of any injury – fatal/or otherwise – which might be caused to me during my
vocation Training/Project work in question.

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSES THAT in consideration of the Gujarat State

Electricity Corporation Limited agreeing/permitting the Student Trainee to undergo
his/her project work / vocational Training in Thermal Power Station Gandhinagar, the
Student Trainee hereby agreed and undertake that he/she shall indemnify and keep
indemnified the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited from and against all
claims, demands, actions, losses, proceeding, damages, recoveries, judgments, costs,
charges and expenses which may be made or brought or commenced against the
Company or which the Company may or may have to bear, pay or suffer directly or
indirectly as a result of or in consequence of any injury, fatal or otherwise, which might
be suffered by me due to any accident arising out of and in the course of my training
assignment with the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited.
