Before filling the Paper Rechecking Form please read the following instructions.
• Please pay the Paper Rechecking Fee in any of the country-wide online branch of Habib Bank, United Bank Limited.
• Rechecking fee in non refundable non transferable.
• Rechecking time is three weeks after the receiving of Paper Rechecking Form and Challan Form.
• Rechecking is recounting and decision of the PTS would be non-Challengeable.
• PTS may reject application of rechecking any time without informing the applicant.
• Application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• Please attach copy of roll no slip issued by PTS.
• Please attach copy of ID card.
