DCP Orientation and Training Workshop on Preventive Maintenance, Basic Trouble

Shooting and Networking to School ICT Coordinators

1. The Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, through the Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) Unit will be conducting a DCP Orientation and
Training Workshop on Preventive Maintenance, Basic Trouble Shooting and
Networking to School ICT Coordinators on November 22-24, 2019.

2. This activity aims to:

a. Provide an Orientation on the utilization and handling DepED
Computerization Program (DCP) Laboratories
b. provide basic knowledge on Preventive Maintenance and File-Backup and
Basic Trouble Shooting and Networking to the School ICT Coordinators
c. discuss other issues relevant to the smooth implementation of the DCP

3. Participants to the said training are the duly designated School ICT Coordinators found
in Enclosure 1 of this Memorandum.

4. Since the last two days of the training falls on a weekend, all participants and facilitators
shall be granted compensatory overtime credit/service subject to existing Civil Service
Commission and DepEd rules and regulations in rendering overtime services.

5. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity are chargeable against the 2019 DCP
Orientation funds subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.
