WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY executed a WAIVER over the following parcel of lands:
“A parcel of Land located at Brgy. Sta. Fe, General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines
with Lot No. 8060-P, with Tax Declaration No.: 2017-10-017-00112; Property
Identification No. 048-10-017-03-017; with the following Boundaries: N.: Lot # 8049; E.:
Lot #8061; S.: Lot # 8059; W.: Lot # 8059; Lot# 80582; with a total area of 2,254 square
meters; under the name of Valentino Sevilla”
“A parcel of Land located at Brgy. Sta. Fe, General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines
with Lot No. 8058, with Tax Declaration No.: 2017-10-017-00114; Property Identification
No. 048-10-017-03-019; with the following Boundaries: N.: Lot # 8060-P; E.: Lot #8059; S.:
Lot # 8230; W.: Lot # 9082; with a total area of 565 square meters; under the name of
Valentino Sevilla”

“A parcel of Land located at Brgy. Sta. Fe, General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines
with Lot No. 8059, with Tax Declaration No.: 2017-10-017-00113; Property Identification
No. 048-10-017-03-018; with the following Boundaries: N.: Lot # 8060-P; E.: Lot #8060-P;
S.: Lot # 8230; W.: Lot # 8058; with a total area of 1,237 square meters; under the name
of Valentino Sevilla”
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY and the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to the following:
1. That whenever any of the above-stated property gets sold for any amount the
FIRST PARTY shall be included as one share together with the other heirs of Vevincio
Sevilla;
2. That both parties agree that a total of EIGHT SHARES shall be made whenever
any of the above-stated properties will be sold to any third person;
3. That ONE whole share out of the eight shares stated in the immediately
preceding paragraph shall be given to the FIRST PARTY;
4. That the waiver of the First Party will constitute as transfer of rights and ownership
to the second party as Heirs of Vevincio Sevilla;
NOW, THEREFORE, we hereby affirm that we have executed this instrument out of
our own free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our person, and that we
have already received our just and proper share and have no more claim or demand
against each other in connection with the adjudication of the above-described parcel
of land.
