The Malaysian Government under Ministry Of Work & Ministry Of Finance
(MOF) has approved the budget to built New Transportation Centre For
The Township Of Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzwan, Malaysia. Before the tender
is offer to public contractor, there are some negotiation to Selected
Contractor which Call :Direct Nego”. The chances to get the project under
“Direct Nego” project is more better than enter the public tender. Although
the process of “Direct Nego” was done, the tender still publish to Public
and the process is as usual. But at the end the Company which goes
through the “Direct Nego” will be awarded the project as long as they
follow the rules and requirement. Because of this project are P&C and
Pre-Awarded Project, There are no official name or title. But the project is
To Built New Transportation Centre For The Township Of Ipoh, Perak,
Malaysia. The Owner of the Company if the process “Direct Nego” is done
will be under Taqi Ventures Sdn Bhd (KUMRUNG JV CO. IN
MALAYSIA)The Consultant Organisation Name also hide and Un-disclose.

The project Cost is RM1Billion ++ . The Construction Cost for “Direct Nego”
Project is Usually 40% below Project Cost. Approximately RM600M ++
