1. Lesson objectives are stated clearly in simple behavioral terms.

4. Essential elements of the method chosen are present and equally emphasized.
5. Elements of the method chosen are sequentially and logically arranged.
6. Learning experiences/activities are adequately provided so as to develop mastery on the part
of the learners.
7. Learning experiences are varied in consideration of the individual differences of the learners.
8. Questions and follow up techniques are carefully crafted so as to challenge the learners to
think and participate at maximum.
9. Evaluation activity is congruent to the lesson objectives.
10. Appropriate homework/off-school practice to reinforce learning is provided.
11. Lesson plan is written legibly, neatly and clearly.
