1. Planificación:
─ saber elaborar una sesión de entrenamiento.
─ Basar la sesión en una metodología del entrenamiento.
─ Dosificar las cargas de trabajo.
─ Manejar el método.
─ Hacer uso adecuado de los implementos o materiales a usar.
2. Preparación deportiva:
─ Conocer los efectos y las respuestas del ejercicio.
─ Saber sobre el predominio de los sistemas energéticos en
particular del deporte y sus deportistas.
─ Poseer dominio sobre las cualidades físicas y su desarrollo.
3. Aspectos técnicos, tácticos y rol estratégico:
─ Tener experiencia en la formación técnica.
─ Crear condiciones para ampliar el campo de visión de las
habilidades tácticas.
─ Poseer una capacidad de análisis para establecer estrategias
definidas, fijas y variadas según las condiciones creadas para
elevar el rendimiento o la actuación de sus deportistas.
4. Educación psicológica:
─ Poner en evidencia elementos clave de la psicología deportiva que
ayuden a acrecentar la fuerza y dureza mental que generen
estados de ánimo positivos y eleven la motivación del deportista.

Being a coach is essentially knowing and mastering the key aspects of:
1. Planning:
─ know how to prepare a training session.
─ Base the session on a training methodology.
─ Dose workloads.
─ Manage the method.
─ Make proper use of the implements or materials to use.
2. Sports preparation:
─ Know the effects and responses of the exercise.
─ Know about the predominance of energy systems in particular of
sports and their athletes.
─ Have mastery over physical qualities and their development.
3. Technical, tactical and strategic role aspects:
─ Have experience in technical training.
─ Create conditions to expand the field of vision of tactical skills.
─ Possess an analysis capacity to establish defined, fixed and varied
strategies according to the conditions created to increase the
performance of their athletes.
4. Psychological education:
─ Highlight key elements of sports psychology that help to increase
the strength and mental hardness that generate positive moods
and raise the motivation of the athlete.
