AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVING LEGAL HEIR

I, LINDA ALNGOG, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Loay, Bohol, Philippines,

after having been duly sworn under oath, do hereby declar that:
1. I am one of the surviving heirs of FAUSTINO ALNGOG;

2. I am the sister of my seven (7) siblings namely: Desiderio G. Alngog, Adriano

Alngog, Carolina Alngog, Victoria Alngog, Ferdinand Alngog, Tirso Alngog and
Adolor Alngog;

3. I was authorized by my siblings to accept the full payment for the sale of a
parcel of land in the name of Faustino Alngog;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
