Introduction
Team Rush B is recently working on The Battery project to move forward
for project initiation within the research and development (R&D) group. This
project will result in the development of new power storage device and
supports Rush B’s strategy of providing progressive solutions to clients who
is looking for better energy savings equipment.
Our assumption is that Team Rush B has been successful in gaining
market share because of its aggressive pursuit of product quality, ease of
use, flexibility, and customer service. Additionally, customers understand
that our products may be applied to a wide range of uses for business and
personal functions. That’s why we position ourselves as the premier
provider of effective and easy to use power storage device in today’s
marketplace.

Project Responsibility
Yue Deng: Collect information about battery market, understand the main
models of batteries in the current market and do research on what our own
product advantages should be.

Zhuxuan Liao: Mainly responsible for data, continuous data collection and
improvement according to the current schedule of the plan.

Zheyi Chen: Set up the implementation steps of the project, calculate the
funds needed for the project, investigate and compare various financing
plans, and finally design a financing plan.
Shangren Jiao: Responsible for integrating the information of each team
member and focusing on data calculation. Also, making periodic summary
according to the progress.

Project Scope
The scope of Rush B’s The Battery project includes the planning, locating,
development, selling, and transition of the power storage device. The
scope of this project also includes completion of all documentation, project
reports. Project completion will occur when the reports and documentation
package has been successfully executed and transitioned to manufacturing
group for production.
All Rush B’s project work will be performed internally and no portion of this
project will be outsourced.

The below chart lists the major steps for The Battery Project. This chart is
comprised only of major project goals such as completion of a project
phase or gate review. There may be smaller procedures which are not
included on this chart but are included in the project content list. If there are
any scheduling delays which may impact a procedure or delivery date, the
project manager must be notified immediately so proactive measures may
be taken to mitigate slips in dates. Any approved changes to these
procedure or dates will be communicated to the project team by the project
manager.

Data required
First determine the current market size and demand level of electricity in
different regions (including the demand situation of different power), for
example:

How much is the coal-fired power supply in the state of Massachusetts, what
is the price of electricity, whether there is a market for energy batteries, etc.
After doing a basic market analysis, we need to determine the form of
financing. First, the company does not have much cash on hand, so it is
necessary to decide which financing method (project, corporate or others)
and the financing method are feasible. The corresponding calculation and
analysis are made for different financing amounts and their returns.
