The vision of “One of the Girls” is to provide products and


service to Majada In Integrated School.

For “one of the girls”, our mission is to provide quality and


delicious food that fit the food allowances of the
customers.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Company’s Description
Main Idea of the Business Plan – One of the girls is created by
G-11 ABM namely: Aizilyn Capillanes, Joanne Mae Bernabe,
Sherie Mae Aquino, Nestlie Nertates, Frincess Gamzan and John
Paul De Chavez. The idea of offering favorite foods that are
surely affordable.

Product
One of the girls’ product such as French Fries and Sago’t
Gulaman will surely be marketed because of it’s different
flavors.

They can buy French Fries for only 10.00 PhP and above. Our
Sago’t Gulaman is for only 6.00 PhP. We come up to these ideas
because we believe, we can satisfy the needs by serving
affordable allowance.
Company Description
Our business namely One of the Girls is located in the corridor
of G11 ABM in the vicinity of Majada In Integrated School. We
are hoping to sell our products and to introduce our product in
Majada In.

Mission Statement
One of the girls aimed to offer a good quality of French Fries
and Sago’t Gulaman. We view ourselves as partners with our
customers, community, and our environment. We aim to
recognize our business. Our goal is to grow our business, to
know the value of how to have a business.

This report will provide an industry analysis for ABM’s One of
the Girls business.
Target Customers
As a student, we are confidently sure that this business will
grow and earn.

Industry structure
In MIIS, there are 1 canteen and 6 groups that are selling
products with the same location.

Resource mobilizers and financial bankers


We get our capital from our own pockets.

Technology providers and applicators


Gadgets – our team is need to use gadget for the
documentation of our business.

Governance and Top Management


Nestlie Nartates are assign to manage the business and she
know how to handle the product/business.
Operating and Support Team
Aizilyn Capillanes is the one who will handle the capital of our
business and she know how to use the capital of the business,
Sherie Mae Aquino and Joanne Mae Bernabe are assign to cook
the product of our team. John Paul De Chavez is the one who
encourage the customers to buy our product.

Target Customers
Our target costumers are the 1,100 students of MIIS.
For only 20.00 PhP, you can buy a Fries and a Sago’t Gulaman.
Value for nutrition because of potato that is rich in calcium.

Marketing – to soldout product, our team decides to encourage


our customer to buy our product.
Positioning – Sherie Mae and Joanne Mae are assign to cook
our product, Aizilyn and Frincess are assign to manage our
money, Nestlie is assign to manage our team, and John Paul is
assign to encourage ouyr customers to buy our products.
Product – French Fries and Sago’t Gulaman.
Packaging – The product are placed in a cup.
People – The students and teachers in MIIS.
Place – MIIS at Grade 11 corridor

Our product is affordable to them and anyone who wants to
buy can also buy.
Evolution
The unique in our product is we have many kinds of flavor like
barbeque, cheese etc..

Justification
We are confidently sure that our product is healthy, delicious
and our product is affordable for our customers that they can
afford to buy our product.

Resources mobilizes are money, materials, methods,
management that contains in our business.

Output
Our products are French Fries and Sago’t Gulaman. We serve
with you in all of my heart.
