DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER: The Learner is a 13 year old, female Filipino in race, living in Candon City, Ilocos Sur, has starting to notice
within the increase of her weight, She is fond of junk foods and eating at fast foods. Due to excessive weight gain and anxiety to be at
risk of complications the mother decided to visit the paediatrician of her daughter for first treatment.
