Dear Atty. Bermejo:

The Privatization and Management Office (PMO) is a government agency

organized under the Department of Finance pursuant to Executive Order No. 323
dated 6 December 2000. It is tasked among others to, take title to and possession
of, conserve and provisionally manage assets of the National Government,
including the properties formerly under the Land Settlement and Development
Corporation (LASEDECO) specifically a parcel of land situated in Sta. Mesa,
Manila covered by TCT No. 145470.

In this connection, we respectfully request for certified true copies of Survey

plan and lot data computation of Lot 2-C-4-A-2-B-2, PSD 24257 for reference
purposes.

John Robert O. Bautista, with PMO ID No. 244, is authorized to secure the
documents on our behalf.
