Game Analysis
Level up is an adventure, RPG, 3D and first person controller game, in which the
player takes the place of Nia, a young girl who does not want to live anymore and
decides to end her life, without knowing that this decision will lead her to fulfill the
prophecy that foretold her arrival in the medieval world of "Meriole" where magic
exists and in which Nia will have to face monsters and enemies with the intention of
returning to her world.
Mission Statement
Level Up, a game for the ones looking for a new adventure from the comfort of their
computers but with the exercise of their mental abilities in order to guide Nia across
the Meriole world with the consigne of solve the mysterious prophecy that involved
her. Your mission: take Nia back to home

Target Audience
The game is aimed at men and women between the ages of 20 and 30 who have a
passion for role-playing games, such as dungeons and dragons, who enjoy the
medieval theme or who like the literature of writers like C.S. Lewis or J.R.R Tolkien.
With a level of vocational education or higher education and a moderate capacity for
coordination and mental agility.
Storyline
Nia wakes up in the world of Meriole trapped in a cave, there she must find the way
out of the labyrinth through exploration (both Nia and the player understand how to
move through this new universe). Once out of the cave Nia arrives at a small village
full of its inhabitants, not only humans but also fairies and sorcerers that compose it.
In the village Nia must get armor points and lives in addition to the weapon sword
she will need later. Finally, Nia heads to the castle and there she finds herself face to
face with the greatest enemy against whom she must duel until she can defeat the
monster and win her right to return home and in the process save Meriole from the
terrible fate to which it was doomed by fulfilling the prophecy of which Nia was the
protagonist.

Gameplay
Overview of Gameplay
As any other RPG and adventure game this one includes a travel and a
redemption of the main character. In this case we change the main character
common genre (masculine) for a woman and also we include a darker backstory
that push the character forward in the action and finally redemption of what
she attempt in the first place.
This game is also a tribute to all the FPC games and we have the particularity
that the player never see the main character because we want that the player
can identify itself as the character so this can have its physical appearance or
the appearance of someone familiar in it's life.
The possibilities with a magic environment are enormous and the main
character can develop in different ways depending in which other characters
trust even failing in the last mission if didn't do the right collection in the
imitate before level.
Player Experience
All the game is viewed through the eyes of the main characters, also in order to
be more immersive the game is planted in 3D emulating our world.
Using the main explication video that introduce the player in the game and
confess that the whole game is a prophecy, we decide to use this images as the
interface you can see when you play, so the images of each level and the panels
of starting and game over are replicated from the pages of the books prophecy.
The main idea in the game is the redemption of the character, she have to
purge her crime and in the process save the village from the monster. In this
order of ideas the mission for you is prove that you are worth it, no only
fighting against the monster but also collecting and exploring the world that
she, the main character, have to save. Involving with the other characters and
learning the mechanics of this world, all this in order to help her to earn points

of armour an lifes that are completely necessary for defeat the monster in the
last level.
Gameplay Guidelines
The game have simple rules:
1. You have to pass one of the levels in order to go to the next one.
2. Is allow you repeat the levels once are passed except the last one.
3. You must to find the "portal" or check point in the game so you can pass
the level.
4. Only with the tools and lives recollected on the previous level you can
defeat the monster. The last level is the last battle you can come back for
tools.
5. If the monster attack you the armour points are subtracted first and
when they are over the life points are going to down.
6. You can pass the levels as fast as you want but is important that in the
village try to recollect the major quantity of life and Armour points and
the sword your tool for defeat the monster. is a set of guidelines that the
game must adhere to throughout the development process.

Level Design
Level 1
The cave Is the beginner level where the player
have to learn how to move the character,
is a labyrinth in a dark cave so the main
goal is getting out of it through the
checkpoint for this purpose the player can
pick the torch and use the light for
guidance.
Level 2
The village The medium level is the village. Is a
medieval town where you can find
houses, a forest, a hill, villagers,
magicians and fairies.
Here the player have to investigate and
collect the amour points and the life
points. Also the main mission is found the
sword.
Once the level is completely recorred the
main character have to found the stone
portal that have to take her to the next
level.

Level 3
The castle In the castle habits the biggest monster
that terrified the Meriole world. Here the
main goal is defeat the monster using the
sword without let the monster take away
you amour and life points.
If you defeat the monster you win if you
not is a game over.
