The objective of this project is to examine the present status of human resource function in a select
organization and the challenges faced by the organization in the major functional areas of HRM. You
may carry out this project in the organization where you are working. A questionnaire is enclosed
(Appendix 1) to the course outline that may help you in data collection. Please note that simply filling the
questionnaire does not serve the purpose of the study. The data should be analyzed qualitatively and
quantitatively and conclusions should be drawn.
The deadline for uploading the soft copy of the project along with the filled in questionnaire in
