PAYMENT: L/C for 120 Days to be opened by any First-class bank in India.

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED:

l. Commercial Invoice and full set of Ocean B/L.

2. Certificate of Origin.
Log Measurement List/Packing List
4. Phytosanitary Certifi cate.
5. Marine Insurance Certificate for llUYo of the Invoice value covering Institute Cargo Clause (A),
Institute War Clause (Cargo) and Institute Shike clause (Cargo)

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR L/C OPENING:

l. L/C should allow partial and transshipment.
2. L/C must be negotiable with any bank in Singapore.
TT Reimbursement must be allowed urLlc.
4. L/C should allow plus/minus l0% in total quantrty and total value.
). L/C should allow 30 days for negotiation from date of Bill Of Lading.
6. L/C should allow third parly documents except draft and invoice.
Photocopy of Certificate of origin, Log measurement List and Phytosanitary Certificate should be
acceptable for negotiation. Originals will be sent to Buyer immediately after shipment.
8. Shipment effected and documents dated prior to the date of LIC should be acceptable :rl'Llc.
