1. I have started the class with a prayer led by a
student.
2. The objectives are deliberately seen in the learning
plan in LEARN, LOVE, LIVE format
3. The format of the LSAR Learning Plan is followed by
the teacher.
4. EXPLORE: The introductory / hook activities before
my lesson are interesting, engaging, allows all my
students to participate, and is appropriate to the
lesson I will present.
5. I was able to present the essential questions to the
class and have them take note of it.
6. FIRM-UP: The activities in my learning plan are
differentiated and caters to the different learning
abilities, interests, and readiness levels of my
students.
Integration of the 21st Century Skills (7Cs)
7. There is a deliberate attempt in my Learning Plan to
integrate concepts from other subjects that my
students are learning.
8. DEEPEN: There is a deliberate attempt to include
RECENT socio-political-economic-spiritual events or
issues appropriate to the week’s lesson.
The EU and EQ is introduced in this portion of the
Learning Plan.
9. VALUES: My learning plan is evidently Bible-based
and there is a deliberate attempt to connect Gospel
/ Augustinian Values to the lesson of the week.
10. TRANSOFRMATIVE: There is a deliberate attempt to
integrate the Vision and Mission statements into my
lesson plans and my lesson is geared to develop a
specific Augustinian graduate attribute.

11. I have allowed my students to think about the way


they think, review the processes they have
undertaken, make decisions on their thinking, and
give them opportunities to make mistakes and learn
from them.
12. There is evident use of HOTS and critical thinking in
my learning plan and instructional delivery.
13. There is evident and deliberate use of modelling and
learning techniques taught to my students to make
hard topics easier to understand (i.e. learning maps,

14. TRANSFER: Transfer tasks allow students to build
knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards the main
Performance Task.
15. Performance Task allows student to actually apply
the SKA learned in the unit to REAL LIFE
PROBLEMS/SETTINGS.
- The PT is not simply a classroom activity
- The PT is deliberately made in the school and is
not simply a takehome activity
- The PT is aimed to demonstrate real life work
settings
- The PT is evaluated by experts of their fields or
actual clients from the community.
- I introduced the rubrics to the class and made
sure that the students understood the rubrics.
16. ASSESSMENT: The assessment activity is varied BUT
most importantly is related to the competencies or
objectives. “I have assessed what I have taught”
17. ASSIGNMENT: The assignments that I have given are
either:
- To enrich the present lesson
- To introduce the present lesson
- It is not simply “answer page no…”
- It requires research and critical thinking
18. The lesson is appropriately paced according to
DepEd standards, learning abilities, and interests of
students.
19. There is evident effort in making this lesson plan
appropriate to the learners, engaging, systematic,
and organized.
