Dear Mayor Renacia,

This is in connection with our request to construct three (3) waiting sheds in
Poblacion Sibulan and the Sketch Plan and Perspective of the waiting shed is hereto
attached and marked as Annexes “A” and “B”, respectively. The said request was
indorsed by the Municipal Engineer of this Municipality to the Office of the District
Engineer, Negros Oriental 2nd District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works
and Highways in Dumaguete City.

That in the letter of Engr. Rodrigo D. Catapusan, OIC District Engineer, dated
April 20, 2007 which is hereto attached and marked as Annex “C”, the said request was
approved and his office has no objection to the construction with the conditions that are
self-explanatory.

Considering that the said waiting sheds are temporary in character and to be built
in a public land, we request that we are exempted from securing a building Permit from
the Municipal office concerned.
