1. Where do you see yourself in five years?

- 5 years from now I believe, I think 5 years is enough to be an experience teacher with respect to
different aspect of teaching. So as an experience teacher I could be a mentor to other newbies teachers
and led in school works with less supervision to the administrator.

2. Why should we hire you?

- Because I am a good person, a hardworking and possessed different skills and talents. In fact I
could do multi-tasking. Currently I am the appointed guidance counsellor, PESS coordinator, SHS
coordinator, SHS focal person, grade 10 advisers, BOD of the GPTA org., school students ID in-charge; I
can easily understand instructions and apply the same. I have knowledge about computers, it is very
important because nowadays all papers works are computerized. Therefore, I believe I could be one of
the assets in this department.

3. Why do you want to work in SH?

- Until now I am puzzled about the implementation of the senior high, we have to admit that the
government are not ready for the full implementation of the senior high school program. To give a glance
of the SH it offers academic tracks, TVL tracks, sports track, art and design track. In academic, we have
ABM, STEM, HUMMS and GAS strand which consist also of different core subjects. I am a graduate of AB
Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws at WMSU I believe I could best serve in senior high particularly in
HUMMS based on my educational background.

4. How do people describe you?

-Most people say I am friendly, simple and humble person. Actually they are all correct living in
modest lives is my ideology in life but they inadvertently failed to notice that I am also a hard working
person, I am very diligent with my work. Not only that I am also a good communicator meaning I can
understand things quickly. And lastly I am a good team player, I could get along with everyone then if
there an impending problem I will save the team from the disaster and helped them to meet impossible
deadline.

The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education,
four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for
mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education,
middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship. This program aims not only to
produce better graduates but also to improve the quality of life of the country as a whole.
The program is designed to enable graduates to join the work force right after high school, and suitably
prepare those who want to go on to higher education. It serves as a stepping stone to make the learners
competitive globally. It is a start for a brighter future, and one way to make a living. All in all, the enhanced
K-12 curriculum is designed to provide a holistic education for all.

With the advent of the K-12 program all school personnel of the Lapuyan National high School need to
make an advance preparation for the opening of the Senior High School classes.
