EXAMINATION
Introduction to Sociology with Family Planning

Instructions: Form groups of five to six members each. Research, present, and make a stand a societal
issue that currently affects the Philippine society. To prepare for the chapter exam, the groups must first
brainstorm on the societal issue that they aim to address in the final exam. The group must discuss the
historical, philosophical, moral and ethical questions surrounding the issue.
The output is an advocacy video seven to ten minutes in length. The goal of the advocacy video is to
disseminate information and inspire action towards that societal issue today. At least two-thirds of the
video’s length must be original material shot or edited by the group.
The advocacy video will then be evaluated on the following criteria:
