How To Use The Internet Should Be Required

In this age of technology all students in the Montana University System should be required to
learn Internet use, and there should be a course to teach it as a core requirement.
The first reason is going to school in the twenty-first century almost all classes require some
computer use. Every time you go to the library at M.S.U.C.O.T, you need to know how to go
online as there are very few books anymore, and almost everything is on the Web.
Following that when you go to find a job, more and more companies are using computers. It’s
getting almost impossible to find a job that dosen’t require computer skills of some sort. One of
the big things is communications within the company. Most companies use electronic
communications of some sort, such as e-mail or memos on line.
Even the jobs people used to think of as unskilled labors such as a mechanic are using
computers. All cars built today have a computer built into them. The mechanic uses it to figure
out what’s wrong with your car, then a lot of time they go online to find out the beat way to fix it
faster, saving time and money.
Some people might say that the courses that need to have computer skills have them built into
them, but I say we should get a jump on the future and have all students learn the internet. If
people don’t learn it, they will fall behind in the job market and in life.

HOW TO PREVENT STUDENTS FROM SMOKING

My friends, many of students now as a smoker. So, smoking habit must be prevent them from
starting the habit.

Carbon monoxide is a harmful gas you inhale when you smoke. Once in your lungs, it’s transferred
to your bloodstream. Carbon monoxide decreases the amount of oxygen that is carried in the red
blood cells. It also increases the amount of cholesterol that is deposited into the inner lining of
the arteries which, over time, can cause the arteries to harden. This leads to heart disease, artery
disease and possibly heart attack.

Nicotine is a dangerous and highly addictive chemical. It can cause an increase in blood pressure,
heart rate, flow of blood to the heart and a narrowing of the arteries (vessels that carry blood).
Nicotine may also contribute to the hardening of the arterial walls, which in turn, may lead to a
heart attack.

Smokers aren’t the only ones affected by tobacco smoke. Secondhand smoke is a serious health
hazard for nonsmokers, especially children. Nonsmokers who have high blood pressure or high
blood cholesterol have an even greater risk of developing heart diseases when they’re exposed to
secondhand smoke.

For me, to prevent this problems is an anti smoking clubs and parent-teacher associations were
the targeted participants. We can prepared a special module centering on quit smoking
techniques, health hazards of smoking and how to say no to it. The participants will then use this
knowledge to tackle tobacco-related scenarios in school and at home. It was important to caution
non-smokers on smoking hazards to prevent them from starting the habit
