Suggested Kobelco Oil Standards for

Contamination Limits
These charts are only suggested guidelines. Job conditions, attachments,
replacement intervals, machine size, replacement lubricants, and filtration, all
affect these guidelines and may not be an indicator of failures, contamination, or
excessive wear. They are targeted as total system evaluation, rather than specific
models of machine. It is always best to consider trends over time, for system
evaluation.

Example: Most hydraulic oils are NOT guaranteed for cleanliness, but only
additive packages. New oil can be contaminated via handling, particularly bulk oil,
and fall outside of these guidelines.
