2 Theoretical Framework
The conceptual framework employed in this research represent the 5 strategy
that will be used by the researcher in designing the Maritime Development and Training
Center. The five ( 5) variables applied in this research are aligned to different issues that the
proposed Maritime development and training center will be trying to address. This key
concepts are adapted from the minor problem which are all rooted from the major problem
which is lack of adequate accredited Maritime training facility in the country. By applying this
5 key concept, the propose Maritime Development and Training Center in theory, will be able
to solve the gap between the problem of growing numbers of Maritime graduates and their
employability to local and international Maritime industry.
