 INTRODUCTION

A. The business concept is based on the opportunity that was realised by the owners of

BsIXnet IT Solutions. Currently, there are not as many businesses in the Southwest part of

Cebu that provide a wide array of Information Technology Services. The few businesses

that are operational render their services at relatively high prices as the current scenario is

that the demand for the services is high and the supply is low. Most of these businesses

take a long time to render repairs and this inconveniences clients. A majority of service

providers have a poor understanding of the clients’ needs and are usually not trusted in

terms of professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness.

BsIXnet IT Solutions will step into the market and establish itself as a business that cares

about its clients and fully understands their needs and preferences. The business will be

highly value oriented and will focus on developing strong relationships with its clientele.

The business will offer a strategic set of Information Technology services and these will

encompass computer repairs and upgrades, networking solutions, internet café services, on

site computer training, electronic document filling (achieving), electronic document

management solutions and other Information Technology oriented solutions.

The objectives of the business will be on three levels; that is, long term objectives, medium

term objectives and short term objectives. The objectives are as outlined below:

SHORT TERM OBJECTIVES

In the short term, the business will strive to:

Seek funds from potential funding providers which include commercial banks, small

business funding providers, grant institutions and contribution from the owners.

Assemble a skilled, competent and experienced team

Establish BsIXnet IT Solutions locally; that is, in Badian and surrounding municipalities

Locate suitable business premises in the Poblacion, Badian, Cebu

Penetrate the market and introduce BsIXnet IT Solutions as an IT solution entity aimed at

making a positive difference in the IT arena.

MEDIUM TERM OBJECTIVES

In the medium term, the business will strive to:

Establish itself in the market and strive for competitiveness and emphasis key hallmark

aspects pertaining to understanding the customer better than the competitors and delivering

solutions as per their needs

Attain a greater market share so as to boost sales and profits

LONG TERM OBJECTIVES

The long term objectives of BsIXnet IT Solutions will be to grow and diversify the

operations of the business and offer complete one stop Information Technology services.

This will essentially entail having more outlets in other Municipalities within the Province

of Cebu and ultimately the rest of Philippines.

 C. BsIXnet IT Solutions is a Close Corporation to specialize in the following services:

 Computer repairs and maintenance

 Internet Café Services

 Backup and support

 Network installations and support Services

 On-site Information Technology related training

 Website development, hosting and domain registrations

 Promotion services – (will encompass the designing of promotional materials such

as flyers, presentations, brochures, logos and letterheads)

 Electronic Document Management solutions (Electronic clocking system)

 Document storage and achieving solutions

 Entity Identity card solutions (i.e. Employee IDs and Student IDs)

As part of learner ship and development, the business will also offer internships to those

wishing to pursue Information Technology careers.

The business is owned by Balbuena, Batomalaque, Bitangga, Beriarmente, Bornea, and

Borromeo. BsIXnet IT Solutions will be located in the Poblacion, Badian, Cebu as the town

is a busy area and provides easy access to its customers.

The business will contribute lucratively to the Information Technology Sector of the

country and intends to render Information Technology oriented solutions to both corporate

and individual consumers. The business will target private schools, Government

Institutions such as hospitals, schools, police station.
