Hello! I hope your parent-teacher conference week went well!

I was hoping you would be available for me to come on Wednesday in 2 chunks, from 8:10-
11:15, and 1:15-2:30? If you think that the collaborative planning period would be
something interesting/beneficial for me to observe, I could stay for that also! I understand
there has been a shift in the role of gifted teachers in Clarke County as I participated in the
gifted task force last spring, and that this collaboration is probably a large part of that?

Ms. Griffith,

I wanted to say thank you again for letting me come observe today! I'm already
scheduled to sub Monday through Wednesday of next week, but I have the 22nd-25th
completely open if any of those days could work for me to come back to Barrow! I would
love to observe again and get a chance to chat about my goals for this practicum this
semester. 

As my mid-point conference will be on the 21st before I can come back, maybe I could go
ahead and bounce a couple of ideas off of you. I was hoping to deliver 2 lessons this
semester, hopefully in math or science/s.s. as those are my weaker subjects to teach, or
creativity-based lessons geared specifically towards gifted students, as I've never gotten
to do that before.
