Greetings of love!

The undersigned wants to inform your good office that one of the projectors that
comes with the 2016 DepEd computerization program of the Department of Education at
Bagnen National High School (BNHS) is malfunctioning. As of today, the projector is not
being used because it is defective.

Relative to this, the undersigned respectfully requests for the immediate repair of
the said projector so that it will be usable.

We are looking forward for your optimistic response regarding this matter.

Madam:

Greetings of peace and love!

The undersigned being an English teacher wants to come up with a reading center
where students can read fiction and non-fiction works as this was included in her re-entry
plan when she attended a seminar regarding reading. Apart from the library, students will
be encouraged to read if they are provided with reading materials that caters to their
interests.

Similarly, the undersigned being a Nan Patod adviser aims of coming up with a
cubicle or a room where her writers can work comfortably with their articles.

It is for these reasons that she reverently requests for the old library which is now a
storeroom to be converted into a Reading Center and Nan Patod Workplace.
Furthermore, she is requesting for at least two (2) sets of old personal computers (PC) that
are currently stocked at the computer room. These PCs will be used by the writers in
encoding their articles as they have been using the laptop personally owned by the
undersigned in encoding their articles.

I am looking forward for your optimistic response regarding this request as this is
motivated by a noble intent.
